At DSOA we introduce students to the benefits of consistent physical fitness efforts including yoga, distance running, team sports and outdoor adventures through education, training/coaching and more. Our experienced instructors guide students through age-appropriate exercises and physical movements that are the building blocks of a healthy routine. Health is for everyone, our fitness program is designed to help individual students find the activity that is right for them

Discover the power of healthy eating and make informed choices with our Nutrition program.

We offer resources, workshops, and guidance on incorporating nutritious food options into our daily life. At the Dream School we teach the students the benefits of a balanced diet and how to create meals and snacks on their own! We explore different food groups, learn basic culinary skills and gain insights into portion control as well as informed and mindful eating.

Mental Health

Prioritize your child’s mental well-being through our Mental Health program.

We provide a variety of classes, workshops, and presentations focused on social interaction and mental health awareness. We don’t provide mental therapy, but instead we look to introduce those all-important concepts and provide resources to every person involved in our program. Our facilitators guide students through topic discussions on stress management, mindfulness, self-care, and emotional resilience, then encourage them to put those principles into practice each day. By participating in our programs, the student will gain invaluable skills and personal insights related to their unique interests, strengths and talents to navigate life's challenges, improve self-confidence, self-awareness, and overall well-being. Each student, and staff member can build on what's strong (not what's wrong) to ultimately help optimize their potential by cultivating their purpose/ passion in life.
